SPEED, AGILITY & QUICKNESS (SAQ) FITNESS SESSIONS

GENERAL INFORMATION

These age appropriate fun fitness sessions are great to improve general fitness, motor skills, reaction times, spatial awareness and speed and agility. Training with experienced coaches, all sessions will include multi-directional movement, footwork, balance and co-ordination drills with a focus on good body posture and providing a safe, effective exercise program. As always our training sessions include correct technique correction, encouragement and fun. All coaches have working with Children Check, are insured and all equipment is supplied.
